Customers must use services lawfully, obtain necessary recipient consent and follow applicable telecom, DLT, platform, content and privacy requirements. Unsolicited, deceptive or prohibited communication is not permitted.
Third-party approvals and availability
Messaging platforms, telecom operators and other providers control approvals, availability and certain charges. Features and delivery may vary. SMSGRAPH does not guarantee message delivery, call connection, advertising approval or lead generation.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation, refund eligibility, unused credits and subscription renewal terms must be confirmed in the written quotation or service agreement before purchase.
