- General
These Terms apply to all shipments, service requests, and interactions with SMSGRAPH, whether online, via phone, or in person. SMSGRAPH reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Our services are subject to availability, telecom regulations, and platform approval. Delivery and performance may vary based on operator networks,destination, and compliance requirements.
- Service Terms
- Authorized Use: Our communication services must be used only for lawful and legitimate business purposes. Spam, phishing, fraudulent, or unauthorized messaging is strictly prohibited.
- Regulatory Compliance:: Clients are responsible for ensuring that all campaigns comply with applicable telecom regulations, DLT guidelines, data privacy laws, and platform policies. SMSGraph reserves the right to reject or suspend any non-compliant campaigns.
- Business Verification & Documentation: Clients must provide accurate business information and all required documents for service activation, Sender ID registration, DLT, WhatsApp Business API verification, RCS, or other compliance processes. SMSGraph can assist with the verification and onboarding process upon request.
- Delivery & Perfomance: SMSGraph aims to deliver messages quickly and reliably across supported communication channels. However, actual delivery times may vary based on telecom operator processing, recipient availability, network conditions, platform approvals, and applicable regulations. SMSGraph is not liable for delays or delivery failures caused by third-party operators or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
- Rates & Payments
- All service charges must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
- Pricing is based on the selected service, messaging volume, destination, channel (Bulk SMS, WhatsApp Business API, RCS, Voice Calls, IVR), and applicable operator or platform charges.
- Any applicable taxes, government fees, operator charges, or third-party platform fees will be charged separately unless explicitly included in the agreed pricing.
- Liability & Insurance
- SMSGraph is not responsible for message delays, delivery failures, or service interruptions caused by telecom operators, network issues, platform restrictions, or events beyond our reasonable control.
- Clients are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and compliance of the content they send through our services. SMSGraph is not liable for any claims, penalties, or losses arising from user-generated content or misuse of the platform.
- While we strive to provide reliable and uninterrupted services, SMSGraph does not guarantee 100% message delivery or continuous service availability due to factors outside our control.
- Cancellations & Refunds
- Service cancellation requests must be submitted before account activation, campaign processing, or message submission. Once a campaign has been processed or messages have been sent, cancellations cannot be accepted.
- Payments made for completed, activated, or consumed services are non-refundable. Refund requests for eligible cases will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
- Any unused account balance or prepaid credits may be adjusted or refunded only in accordance with the agreed service terms and SMSGraph’s refund policy.
- Customer Responsibilities
- Accurate Information: Provide correct business details and required documents.
- Policy Compliance: Follow telecom regulations, DLT guidelines, and platform policies.
- Responsible Use: Do not send spam, fraudulent, or unauthorized messages through SMSGraph.
- Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [Insert City, e.g., Noida].
